Retainers
What is the benefit of using a retainer?
Opting for a monthly retainer provides my clients with a reliable option for consistent support. This arrangement ensures a dedicated block of hours each month to provide support in completing tasks.
Clients benefit from a fixed monthly retainer by providing budget predictability and avoiding unexpected hourly charges.
- Time is monitored using tracking software, Toggle.
- Hours cannot be built up to use in following months
- Payment is requested in advance via a monthly invoice on the 25th of each month and is due prior to the 1st of each calendar month
- Additional hours can be used on an ad-hoc requirement

10 hours/monthly/£350
A perfect amount of hours if you need to off load a handful of admin tasks that you don't get round to doing. 10 hours will provide extra time for you to have more breathing space in your life!

20 hours/monthly/£700
Do you have weekly recurring tasks that want to let go of and hand over? This package equates to 4 hours a week extra time you can claim back in your diary/personal life
Enlighten
30 hours/monthly/£1,050
This package is perfect if you need help with your day to day tasks, diary/inbox management, appointment bookings, I will create a 25th hour in the day for you with this package
Ad-hoc hours
Priced at £35 per hour which are billed in blocks of 5 or 10.
Additional ad-hour hours can also be purchased when monthly retainers have been fully utilised
